• to consult on priority issues in ECCE
• to listen and critically discuss equality and diversity issues
• to develop and disseminate new resources
• to circulate two newsletter annually
• to hold seminars on relevan equality and diversity issues
• to develop and inform policy interests
• to work in collaboration with other networks, nationally and internationally
